How recommendations are selected
Personal and business cards are kept separate. Cardwell scores card features against the preferences a user provides. Referral availability is stored separately and does not change Best Match or Second Choice rankings. Cardwell does not make lending decisions or promise approval.
Website and ChatGPT
The website offers a quick self-service questionnaire and card catalog. The ChatGPT version can ask follow-up questions, explain tradeoffs, and provide the same focused comparison in a conversation.
